Healthy Sautéed Green Beans

Our healthy sautéed green beans combine fresh produce, sun dried tomatoes, garlic, herbs, and seasonings for a wholesome vegetable dish that’s anything but boring.


Fresh green beans
¼ cup slivered almonds
1/3 cup sun dried tomatoes
1 tbsp crushed garlic
2 tbsp olive oil
½ tsp poultry seasoning
1 tsp fresh oregano, chopped
1 tsp fresh thyme, chopped

Toss all ingredients and cook over medium heat in a sauté pan, or bake at 350 degrees.
