ingredients
2 cups almond milk
2 tbsp chia seeds
1 cup pumpkin puree
1/2 tbsp agave nectar
1 frozen ripe banana
2 tsp cinnamon
1/2 tsp ground ginger
1/4 tsp ground nutmeg
1.5-2 tbsp grade-a organic maple syrup
1/2 cup ice
Pulse all ingredients in a blender until smooth.
