Welcome to the New Year!
The New Year’s holiday marks the passing of time, and so it is a fitting occasion to examine how we are spending our time. It can be easy to get swept away in everyone else’s needs at the expense of your own, especially during the holidays. We’ve all been there. It’s okay!
One solution is to make a perspective shift from scarcity to abundance which will allow you to recognize that taking care of yourself benefits everyone around you and so it is of utmost importance.
Living in abundance is a habit, a practice, and a choice. The first step is identifying what you want. From there you can clearly set intentions which shape your actions and your life. You are in control of more than you might think.
