BRING BALANCE TO YOUR CYCLES

Vitex (also referred to as Chaste tree berry) has been used by women since ancient times to bring balance to the female hormonal system. Vitex has been traditionally used to help promote healthy menstrual cycles, promote normal healthy complexion, regulate mild mood changes, and decrease cramps associated with the normal menstrual cycle.

Vitex affects the hypothalamus and pituitary glands, influencing hormonal balance and helping to support a healthy menstrual cycle. This product is most effective when taken in conjunction with HPA Balance®, which works to balance the body’s HPA axis and hormonal systems. It is popular with young women suffering from normal emotional changes associated with the menstrual cycle.

Each serving of Cycle Soothe™ combines 400mg of pure extract with 100 mg of whole herb. This unique ratio of extract-to-powder delivers Vitex (Chaste tree extract) in a powerful combination that is readily utilized by the body.

To complement the Vitex, this supplement includes Vitamin B6 (in pyridoxal-5-phosphate form) and Magnesium Glycinate to support normal, healthy menstrual cycles.

Take 1 capsule twice daily, or as directed by your healthcare provider. With this supplement, patience is key – allow 3-6 months of consistent use to see maximal benefit.

Vitex is safe and effective for regulating cycles, but it is not a contraceptive.

Caution: Do not use if pregnant, trying to get pregnant, or nursing. Keep out of reach of children. Do not use if safety seal is damaged or missing.

Honest Labeling

At Vital Plan, we pride ourselves in using optimally dosed ingredients and using clear, honest labeling for each product. Each batch of capsules is quality-tested multiple times throughout the manufacturing process and sent to 3rd-party labs for verification of ingredient purity and label claims.

I am a pre-menopausal woman and the hot flashes and irregular bleeding I’ve been experiencing made me want to try Vitex. I am so glad that I did! My cycle is more normal than it would be otherwise and the hot flashes are much more manageable.
