Lasting Energy, Minus the Calories

Maintain stamina with this natural herbal blend that boosts mental and physical energy. This unique supplement was designed by doctors to help give you the edge needed in today’s hectic and demanding world.

The powerful herbal ingredients in this supplement promote healthy energy levels that can be very beneficial for enhancing athletic performance. The individual ingredients in this supplement have been traditionally used by humans for thousands of years, and are each dosed according to clinical studies.

How Energy Boost Works

The herbs in this supplement support healthy energy levels, but instead of expending saved energy, they invigorate the production of energy in the body. Energy Boost is designed to be taken just before exercise, or whenever you need a boost of energy. Energy Boost combines optimal doses of ginseng, yerba mate and guarana for a synergistic effect.

Natural, Clinically-Proven Ingredients

Panax Ginseng – Ginseng is a well-known herb with adaptogenic properties. Asian ginseng improves focus and concentration, improves stamina, and supports immune function. Panax Ginseng has been safely used by humans for thousands of years.

Yerba mate – Contains the xanthine compounds (caffeine, theobromine, theophylline) also found in cacao and coffee beans. The combination of chemical compounds in this ingredient provides potent antioxidants and substances that dilate blood vessels (caffeine alone constricts blood vessels), making Yerba mate beneficial for maintaining general health.

This ingredient has also been shown to have a positive effect on metabolism. In South America, yerba mate is more popular than coffee and tea.

Guarana – Current use primarily includes optimizing athletic performance. Traditional uses included promoting healthy energy levels and maintenance of mental acuity. This ingredient offers adaptogenic properties which help the body adapt to stressful situations. It has been used safely in South America for thousands of years.

Helps when I need a boost!
Mark F. 06-23-2015
I take a lot of Vital Plan supplements and appreciate that they do not have stimulants, because I have trouble with sleep. But sometimes I need an extra boost in the mornings and this supplement does the trick!

Great booster without the side effects
JoeyC 12-09-2014
I travel internationally and through a lot of time zones when traveling in the US. This product is a great energy booster without the side effects or crash that comes with other products. It is also better than having a cup of coffee late in the day as it doesnt seem to keep me up later, come bedtime, as the coffee usually does

I found this supplement about a year ago and really like it. I take it after lunch and can definitely tell that it gives me a boost in the afternoon.
