Pear and Avocado Salad

An exotic and delicious light meal or side dish that is perfectly fitting for warm weather!

Pre-washed mixed greens
Ripe Pear, thinly sliced
Ripe Avocado cubed
Blue cheese crumbles
Pistachios (chopped walnuts or pecans will also be delicious)

Creamy Balsamic Dressing
White Balsamic Vinegar, 2 tbsp
Olive Oil, 2 tbsp
Tahini, 2 tbsp
Fresh Basil, 1 tsp minced
Ground pepper & sea salt
Garlic, minced (optional)

Combine all dressing ingredients in a jar and shake thoroughly. Toss dressing with mixed greens in a bowl and spoon onto a plate. Arrange pear and avocado on top and finish with a sprinkle of nuts.

    I have been on your Prevention Plus now for over 5 years and I just want to say Thank You!! I have been able to stay out of a doctors office other than routine yearly examines. I have bypassed all my employees viruses and even my grandchildren when caring for them while sick. Recently the stomach virus went through my family and I was able to skip that as well. I have finally convinced my adult daughters to start taking them. I also use to live on Claritin and the like and always ended up with having sinus infections.
