RESTORE180™ Month 6 Supplements

I completed Restore180 Month 4 supplements a few days ago. The Restore180 Program is taking specific herbal supplements for a prescribed 180 days (six months). In conjunction with the herbal supplements, I am being taught how to eat a highly nutritional diet stressing whole foods, lots of vegetables and fruits. I have been learning abouts the health benefits of avoiding refined sugars and processed foods. Guidance is given on how to reduce stress and improve sleep. The program promotes movement and stretching. I am learning the importance of using clean products on our bodies and in our homes.

The Restore180 supplements are used to suppress microbes at the cellular level and help our body's natural immune system. For me that means helping my digestive system heal and fighting the inflammation in my joints due to Rheumatoid arthritis.

So far the supplements seem to be helping. Recently starting to gain back my energy and skin issues seem to be clearing since starting the gut balance. The Diet Guide has been a very helpful and great resource-you can tell a lot of time and effort was put into it. Looking forward to seeing how things progress through the next couple months. The support, knowledge and resources have all been top notch. Thank you Dr. Rawls and the whole VP team for all you do. And thank you to all the community members for sharing their stories and resources. For me, it has been a great experience so far.
