Getting enough sleep has been an issue for me long before being bitten by ticks. I’ve found I have more nights of sleep without waking, though I tend to often wake early. But it is very hot here in Perth summer. I’ve taken Dr Rawls advice and watch comedy rather than action/suspense at bed time. 😊

Have not notice any real differences. The amount of bacteria killing in month one looks pretty small. I have added Advanced Biotic capsules for month two.

Didn’t like the gut balance. It upset my stomach. Tried it over and over. Just gave up. Never had gut issues anyway.

The Restore180 herbal program is making a difference for me! I've now been on it for a little over a month and my stamina is higher and my walking is improving. I've been diagnosed with ME/CFS for many years, with some on and off improvements, but a bad fall early December 2025 really shook things up where I needed to use my cane and walker more, along with having to hold onto someone while walking. Feeling very desperate, late December 2025, I again, luckily, viewed the Vital Plan Website where the 6-month Restore180 program was featured. It showed 3 healing phases--with Phase 1 especially providing more calm and less inflammation, which sounded good to me. Though I'm personally not at full dose on all the supplements, I am for most of them, and am gradually increasing the dosage. In all, I'm very grateful to be part of the newer Restore180 program and feel Dr. Rawls and the Vital Plan Team have saintly characteristics with all they do to try to help others. Thank you!
