Biome Boost Quality Standards
Suggested Use
Take 2 dropperfuls twice daily, as needed, or as directed by your healthcare provider.
This tincture may be taken as is, however we recommend mixing it with ¼ cup of water to dilute the strong taste and avoid potential irritation of mouth tissue with repeated use.
One dropperful is the amount of liquid that fills the glass tube when the bulb on the dropper top is squeezed normally one time and then released. Note that the liquid may fill the glass tube only a portion of the way. For Biome Boost, a dropperful equals approximately 1 mL or 30-40 drops.
This product may be used for both long-term and intermittent immune support.

I added Biome Boost after being on the Gut Revival kit and Phase 1 of the diet for about 5 or 6 weeks. I am up to 18 drops twice daily. My diet is very limited on Phase 1 because I was continuing to feel a little bloated, have some gas and feel a tightness/discomfort just below my ribs, mostly on the left and near my naval. I have cut back on using cumin and curry also. The tightness and general abdominal area feels more relaxed now.
