RESTORE180™ Month 3 Supplements + Diet Guide

I had tried the previous Vital Plan supplements three years ago but found it hard to stay with them daily. The Network has been very helpful and I have noticed better sleep, less waking with burning throughout my body, and less inflammation in my knees. I obviously have more energy as I try currently to keep up with two dogs, one a 7 month old energy ball! Prior to these supplements I don't believe I would have lasted a day. I still have my bad days, but I contribute them to stress related issues. I have been able to follow the supplements twice a day, although I have had to decrease the chlorella. Most days are much improved from prior to starting this protocol. Thank you Dr. Rawls and team for making this such a supportive endeavor.

I've been using the product for one month and have not seen any improvements in my symptoms. I'm committed to try it for three months to see if there is any change, but it's an expensive product and it will be very disappointing if there is no improvement. I'm willing to do full review in two months as follow up, but as of now I can not recommend the product.

I am completing this because I was prompted with an email to provide feedback. I had to pause the program due to a different illness, unrelated. My bloodwork showed too high in B12, which may also be entirely unrelated to this program, but may be related. Based on other things being done for health prior to the start of this protocol, I do not believe that phase 1 had an initial impact on me, but I can see how it would for someone perhaps in total body chaos. As phase 2 began, still did not see any large changes. After the current storm passes, I believe I will return to this program to see it through but will work with my integrative doctor a bit further before making a final decision. The staff is supportive. Had a bit of a rough start, some items were confusing, but altogether seems like a great thing. I am likely to start another alternative therapy, but I am hesitant because I won't know where to attribute a win, presuming a win is on the horizon. I have heard rife therapy on repeat, and got one session as a test and as a means of having a provider. This is after the LLMD didn't have a good pathway, at least not at the point I ran out of money to speak with her. That is all I have in regard to status and feedback. I thank everyone for their help thus far. It is a confusing thing to navigate.

I am very pleased with the whole RESTORE 180 Program. The herbs are quality and plentiful, the one on one coaching is very encouraging and a personal touch, the educational community and vital plan network are great. The whole program works and is well worth the money. What a deal! And did I mention live zoom calls where you can connect with an MD?
