    Not Long Enough

    I have only been taking the herbs for a month, not long enough to provide any feedback according to Dr. Rawls book (Cellular Wellness Solution).

    Perhaps in 5 more mos, I can provide a more accurate review.

    The only thing I have noticed is a severe gastric disturbance the past two weeks but cannot attribute it to any one herb without going off all products and slowly adding each one back. Perhaps that is what I should do unless Vital Plan has another suggestion. MB

    Calm and focused

    I’m trying to keep my nervous system in a more calm state. I don’t think I’ve tried HPA Balance in the past. I do feel more calm and focused for work in the morning. I need to adjust my night pills, I think I’m taking too late. I have been treating chronic **** and other things for 10 years, I do use other Vital Plan products, also take prescription medication and other supplements. I have been trying to pair down what I take but I think I will keep the HPA balance.

    HPA Balance/Menopause

    HPA Balance/Menopause helps me stay in the “game of life”. I take 2 capsules in the AM and 2 in the evening. I have had no side effects from these herbs. I still have a few hot flashes and night sweats which is disappointing but the mood swings are more controlled.
