I have been taking this product for quite a while, & I recently started having trouble sleeping again. I read a review where it mentioned taking 2 after dinner and 2 before bed, whereas before I was taking 2 earlier in the day and 2 at bed. Game changer, I’m back to sleeping sound again!

Honestly, I haven’t noticed any difference at all in my menopausal symptoms. Still with sleeping issues, hot flashes, low libido etc.
